Q: Why should I buy the full version?
A: We actually encourage people to get and use the free version first. The only limitation is that you can only have two podcast subscriptions and paid users get the latest updates first.

Q: How do i get updates?
A: We are constantly releasing updates because we want to make a really great product for our users. To check if an update is available, go to Settings --> Check for updates.

Q: I keep getting "Access is Restricted to Blackberry devices only" when I try to download the application
A: Use this work around: Go to this URL on your Blackberry browser (http://www.ultrapodcastplayer.com/device/lite/ultrapodcastplayer.jad)

Q: More often than not, when i'm downloading a podcast it fails.
A: We've noticed this too. We've also noticed that it usually happens on some episodes within a podcast and not others; which indicates to us that its an issue with the source of the podcast.

Q: What does error 413 mean?
A: The blackberry server has a limit as to the size of the file that it can download at one time (5 meg I think) so if you're trying to open a complicated web page with embedded flash object or something else which is larger than the size limit, you'll get a 413 error.
